āHello! My name is Becki Welsh, and I am, first and foremost, a follower of Jesus Christ. My passion is helping people connect, heal, and find wholeness in their homes and relationships. ā I first began working with children in 1992, when I started to recognize the role of connection in healing people and relationships. I then developed the Needs Connection Model™. I realized that not only were families seeing success in their interactions, but neuroscience evidence to support the model was also being released. The model then spread from working with parents to helping other therapists, pastors, and educators learn, experience, and know real connection and take it to their clients, leaders, and students.
The result of decades of work is the continuously refined training and guidance you will experience with the Needs Connection Model™.
